📏 DIMENSIONS & INSTALLATION (IMPORTANT)
Actual Width (Pleating Tape): Attaching to a rail with snail hooks reduces the width by 5 to 10 cm (depending on the pleat).
Actual Width (Eyelets): The installed width is reduced by about 35% due to the waves/folds.
Golden Tip: Always plan for a more generous width to fully cover the window and ensure soundproofing.
Pleating Tape Installation: Hooks should be attached in the pockets of the pleating tape, never in the cords.
Aesthetics: Flat pleats are purely an aesthetic finish.
Recommended Rail: G-Rail 4400 (attach every 40 cm). Rail not included.
🚚 DELIVERY & EXCHANGES
Delivery: Metropolitan France (International upon request). Fees calculated by weight. Packages over 30kg are sent by a special carrier.
⚠️ Package Receipt: You must check the package in front of the delivery person. If there's any damage, writing “damaged item” on the delivery slip is essential for a replacement.
Exchange Policy (Standard Products): Returns are possible if items are new, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging. Must be declared 3 days before sending. Any non-compliant product will be returned without a refund.
Heads up: Custom-made products aren't eligible for returns.
