Cotton Silence ships its products to mainland France.
We can ship internationally upon request, and we'll give you a custom quote based on the destination country.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Cotton Silence soundproof curtains are made to order, based on the dimensions, color, and options selected by the customer.
The usual production time is 4 to 6 weeks before shipment, except in exceptional cases: material shortages, peak periods, workshop closures, transportation constraints, or specific technical approvals.
Rails and accessories are shipped based on availability and any requested modifications.
When a track is ordered along with a custom curtain, the items can be shipped together to simplify delivery.
In the event of an exceptional delay, Cotton Silence will notify the customer by email as soon as the information becomes available.
We do our best to meet the stated deadlines, but shipping and production times may vary depending on production constraints.
We'll deliver your orders to the address you gave us when you made your purchase.
Depending on the weight, volume, and destination, delivery may be handled via standard parcel service or a specialized carrier.
Shipping costs depend on the weight, and volume , and destination. The exact amount is displayed at checkout when automatic calculation is available.
When you receive the package, we recommend that you inspect the packaging and the product in the presence of the delivery person.
If there is a visible defect:

✔ damaged product
✔ Obvious error in the model
→ The customer must provide specific reservations to the carrier and contact Cotton Silence promptly.
The generic phrase "subject to availability" is generally insufficient for carriers.
If you notice any damage, please send photos of the package and the product to contact@cottonsilence.com.
For deliveries outside France, additional fees may apply:

• import charges
These costs remain the responsibility of the customerunless otherwise specified in writing.
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided when the carrier allows it.
