This page outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellation and return requests for orders placed on the Cotton Silence website.

Cotton Silence is a brand operated by NOKOMIS WEBSTORE.

Eligible standard products

For eligible standard, non-customized products, the consumer has a legal right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

The returned product must be complete, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original packaging, where applicable.

Custom or personalized products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

This applies in particular to Cotton Silence curtains, which are custom-made according to the specific dimensions, finishes, colors, or configurations chosen by the customer.

Therefore, these products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of a proven defect or an error on the part of Cotton Silence.

Exercise the right of withdrawal

To request a refund for an eligible product, the customer must contact us at the following email address: contact@cottonsilence.com.

The application must include:

  • the name used for the order;
  • the email address used when placing the order;
  • the order number;
  • the product in question;
  • the date the product was received.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that the return will be accepted. Each request is reviewed based on the nature of the product ordered and applicable legal regulations.

Return fees and procedures

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is found to be defective or the error is attributable to Cotton Silence.

No returns may be made without Cotton Silence's prior written consent. Packages returned without prior consent may be refused.
