📏 DIMENSIONS & INSTALLATION (IMPORTANT)
Actual width (Ruflette): Mounting on rails with snail hooks reduces the width by 5 to 10 cm (depending on the pleats).
Actual width (eyelets): The installed width is reduced by approximately 35% due to the corrugations.
Golden tip: Always allow for a generous width to completely cover the window and ensure soundproofing.
Ruflette installation: The hooks must be attached to the ruflette pockets, never to the cords.
Aesthetics: Flat folds are purely for aesthetic purposes.
Recommended rail: G-Rail 4400 (fastened every 40 cm). Rail not included.
🚚 DELIVERY & EXCHANGES
Delivery: Metropolitan France (international upon request). Shipping costs calculated by weight. Packages weighing more than 30 kg are sent by special carrier.
⚠️ Receiving the package: You must check the contents in front of the delivery person. In case of damage, the words "item damaged" must be written on the delivery note in order for it to be replaced.
Exchange policy (Standard products): Returns accepted if items are new, unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Must be reported 3 days prior to shipment. Any non-compliant products will be returned without refund.
Note: Custom-made products are not eligible for return.
